When it comes time to withdrawing funds from your trading account, ASKoBID aims to provide a fast and seamless process. How Do I Make A Withdrawal?

The withdrawal process at ASKoBID is simple, clear and straightforward, ensuring that you are not kept waiting when you are ready to enjoy your trading profits.

2. Complete the form and email it to: banking@askobid.fm
3. Wait for approval and for your funds to be transferred.

ASKoBID processes all withdrawal requests within 72 hours, after which funds will be channelled using the same method you used to make a deposit. It is important to note that funds may take up to 7 days to reflect on your end. In addition, ASKoBID does not charge fees whatsoever when processing your withdrawal requests.


Account Verification

In order to ensure the security of our clients’ funds and information, ASKoBID adheres to various anti-money laundering and know your customer (KYC) guidelines imposed by the relevant local and international regulatory bodies. It is in line with this commitment, as well as the safety of your trading funds, that thorough compliance and verification processes are carried out with all ASKoBID traders.

The procedure requires the submission of documentation to verify your identity and prove your area of residence. This verification is done typically only once, and once completed, you will be able to transact quickly and smoothly any time you wish to make a deposit or withdrawal.

Your Proof of Identification (POI) and Proof of Residence (POR) documents can be emailed to support@askobid.fm. There is also the option of logging into the website using your trading account details and clicking on the “Upload Documents” tab.

Proof of Identification (POI)

Every client is required to prove their identity by providing a colored copy (scan or photo) of a valid, government-issued identity document. You can submit one of the following forms of ID:

  • Passport
  • National Identity Card
  • Driver’s License

The document must be clear and legible, and must contain your full name, photo, date of issue or expiry, place and date of birth, as well as your signature.


Proof of Residence (POR)

You must also provide a document that serves as proof of your current area of residence. The document must not be more than 3 months old and must contain your full name and full registered address, matching the details provided during your account registration. As a proof of residency, you can submit one of the following:

  • Bank Statement
  • Credit Card Statement
  • Utility Bill (Example: Gas / Water / Electricity / Landline Phone)

Credit Card Verification

If you intend to use a debit or credit card as your preferred payment methods, you will also be required to verify the card. Submit a colored copy of both the front and back of your card showing the following clearly:

  • Full name of the cardholder
  • Expiration date of the card
  • First 6 and last 4 digits of the card (The middle digits and the CVV number on the back must be concealed)
  • Card signature on the back (this must match the one provided by your proof of identification document)

NB: If the card has no cardholder name, you must provide a bank statement showing your full name, expiration date, as well as the first 4 and last 4 digits of your card number. This also applies to virtual cardholders.


Bank Transfer – Proof of Payment

Withdrawals via bank transfer will only be processed back to the original account where the deposit was done from. Thus, you will be required to submit proof (photo or scan) of the deposit transaction.

  • What withdrawal options do I have access to at ASKoBID?
    ASKoBID offers a wide range of withdrawal methods including multiple debit and credit cards, international bank transfer, local bank transfer and various eWallet options. After providing your proof of identity, proof of address, and if applicable, completing the card verification process, your withdrawal will be processed using the same method you used to make your deposit. Please note that if you used a debit/credit card, only the same amount as you deposited can be transferred back, and any profits above that will be deposited directly to your bank account. It is also important to mention that funds will only be transferred to an account that matches the name on your trading account.
  • What are the minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts?
    ASKoBID has no minimum withdrawal amount and, of course, the maximum you can withdraw is the balance of your trading account.
  • Are there any withdrawal fees?
    ASKoBID charges no fees for our withdrawal options. However, your bank or financial institution may charge fees on incoming funds. Please confirm this with your bank so as to make informed decisions.
  • How long does the withdrawal process take?
    ASKoBID processes all withdrawal requests within 1-5 business days. Thereafter, funds will reflect on your end depending on the payment method you used or the processes of your bank.
